GREA and Falcon successfully advised Korean investors in the acquisition of a US-office property in New Jersey

Frankfurt/ Main (Germany)/ Chicago (United States), 19^th of October 2020

GREA GmbH (“German Real Estate Advisors” or “GREA”) and Falcon Real Estate Investment Management, Ltd. (“Falcon”) advised a consortium of Korean investors in the course of the purchase of an office property with approximately 233,000 sq ft of leasable area in the Northern part of New Jersey. The property has been constructed in 1990, was revitalised in subsequent years, and is 100% let to a very creditworthy multinational electronics company. The closing of the transaction at a higher 8-digit USD volume took place in early October 2020. Falcon and GREA acted as commercial buy-side advisors.

Move of the Frankfurt office

Beginning from the 1st of March 2020 GREA GmbH has moved their  business activities within the inner city of Frankfurt/ Main, Germany to Bettinastraße 35-37

Deutsche-Telekom headquarters in Bonn

Münchener Hypothekenbank eG has provided underwriting of Deutsche Telekom’s headquarters building in Bonn. The financed building complex is located in the federal district (Bundesviertel) of Bonn and is fully let to Deutsche Telekom AG. The property has over 81,000 square metres of space and 946 underground parking spaces. The borrower founded a property administration company owned by a Korean trust. The buyers were advised by GREA GmbH (German Real Estate Advisors, Frankfurt am Main) in cooperation with CAIDAO CAPITAL Ltd. (Hong Kong).
